Use this freshening moisturizer on skin types that range from nonreactive, to normal, to slightly oily and slight blemish-prone. For optimal balancing results, wash with our Balance Facial Cleanser and Balance Facial Toner. If you need a little extra kick of moisture or tend toward a slightly drier side, use this product as a lighter, daytime formula and employ our Lavender-Honey Healing Cream as a thicker, more concentrated moisturizer at night.

This is the latest product I’ve tried from Face Naturals. I recently raved about the restore mature skin moisturizer through my review. Forgot what the ingredients were for that, but definitely there is peppermint there and some other herby ones. Although my senses is used to the herby tones now, it is a nice change to smell normal citrus-y ones again! Comes the balance moisturizer with orange essential oils for the nice citrus smell. I found myself reaching for this one a lot more than the restore due to the preference of the smell. Both moisturize well. Balance out of soothe and restore line, seems to have the runniest consistency. If you squeeze some onto your hands, it can roll around like a watery texture, while restore and soothe are creamier, it’ll stay put on your hands. However, the runny consistency does not compromise the moisturizing results. I do wonder why it is runnier though, maybe I’ll send the question to Christy sometime later. I will be ordering this one again for sure. I prefer to use this if I’m going out. It just has a better smell. I do love the minty feeling the restore leaves my face, I wonder if we can have best of both worlds? Citrus-y and peppermint?

I started using this moisturizer and Balance cleanser about 3 weeks ago. Before, I had non-allergic rhinitis that required nightly sprays of medicine. Since starting these products, I have been free of all symptoms. I completely believe that it was the chemicals in my old products that caused the problems.
