Refunds and Exchanges Policy (Retail Purchases)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your face naturals purchase. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your face naturals skincare products, we promise to make it right! Take a look at our policies on exchanges (see below), store credits, and refunds to find out which method of satisfaction is best for you, and connect with your friendly face naturals support team.

Total Satisfaction Policy

We are confident that you’ll love your new skincare products from Face Naturals. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ve got you covered.

Just a friendly heads up — a 20% restocking fee will be applied to orders over $75.

Orders within the United States:

You are entitled to one of three solutions: a product exchange for something that better suits your skin, a full refund to your original payment method, or store credit to use on a future purchase. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

  • Product Refund: 30 days from original purchase date, minus all shipping costs.

  • Product Exchange: 60 days from original purchase date.

  • Store Credit: 90 days from original purchase date.

International orders:

To our international Face Naturals family: Please note that due to shipping complexities and continued shipping cost increases, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on international orders at this time. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

However, we are happy to offer a store credit within 30 days of purchase for the value of the product(s) you wish to return, minus any shipping costs incurred by face naturals.

To get started, simply reach out to your friendly face naturals support team to discuss your order, and we’ll take care of the rest.

United States Orders 

Exchanges

We want your total satisfaction! We will facilitate an exchange for a product up to 60 calendar days after the original purchase. Please contact us before returning a product so we can authorize the exchange, assist you in selecting the perfect replacement, and ensure the original item is sent to the correct face naturals return address. Please do not send items back to us without first making contact to properly authorize this exchange. Clients are held responsible for self-returning any exchange products.

Store Credit

If a store credit is preferable to you, then you may do this within 90 days of your original purchase for a similar face naturals product counterpart. If you have exceeded your 30 calendar day limit for a refund, or your 60 calendar day limit for an exchange, than we can arrange a store credit equivalent to your order or item, minus all associated shipping costs. Your perfect happiness is our goal!

Refunds

If you wish to receive a refund for an order or product, we request that the you notify us within 30 calendar days of purchase. If you contact us regarding a desired refund within this set amount of time, we will provide a refund for the requested item or order, minus all shipping costs associated with that order. For clients needing attention to orders over 30 calendar days old, please refer to exchanges or store credit. It’s so much simpler to stay happy than to get happy! 

Delivery Issues

No delivery… no worries, we will make this right for you! We make every effort to ensure your package is delivered timely and with a reliable carrier. Shipments that display a delivery confirmation in the tracking process are no longer eligible for a refund for non-delivery. For these shipments, we will either reship your package or offer a store credit for the full purchase amount.

International Orders

We love our international face naturals family! We currently do not offer a refund or exchange for international orders. While orders shipped internationally are ineligible for exchange or refund due to shipping complexity and cost, we will offer within 30 days from the date of purchase, a store credit equivalent to the product or order in need of adjustment minus all actual and associated shipping cost incurred by face naturals. The client may acquire this store credit by engaging the friendly face naturals support team to discuss the issue arising from the order or product.
