This is my first purchase with face naturals and I admit that I wasn’t sure if I was going to like a natural shampoo with so few ingredients. I grew up using pert and pert plus shampoos that’s loaded with all types of chemicals and after emailing them, they (pert shampoo company) informed me that natural shampoos do not work and you need all the chemicals that they formulate their products with.
I emailed face naturals and Christy gave me so much information about chemicals and the dangers they pose when applying to your scalp. She also offered additional knowledge about the hair strand and how to care for your hair naturally without the toxic chemicals. I really love face naturals customer service!
So, I like testing things for myself and decided to purchased this shampoo a month ago. At first, it was slightly different in the way it spreads (in a good way) and the cleansing was really good. I noticed that if I don’t use face naturals conditioner, my hair has too much volume and slight frizz, so I highly recommend face naturals conditioner with this shampoo (it really makes a big difference).
Overall, I love this product! Love the scent, love the way it feels in my hair, love the way my hair looks and love that my new shampoo is now chemical free!
