Please carefully review our policies on exchanges, store credit, and refunds and get into contact with the friendly face naturals support team for any questions you may have.
United States Orders – Wholesale
We will facilitate an exchange for any product(s) up to the time your order leaves our manufacturing facility. Once your wholesale order departs from our manufacturing facility, your order is not eligible for an exchange. If you desire to exchange any product(s) prior to your order shipping, then please contact us so that we can fully authorize the exchange by helping you select the correct product(s).
Your company may be eligible for a store credit if your order is damaged during transit. All shipping damage requests must be made within 3 days after order has been delivered. Your perfect happiness is our goal!
All wholesale orders are final. Due to the nature of our healthy, nature-made products, we do not offer refunds for wholesale orders. Once an order departs from us, we simply cannot re-stock these products and are unable to re-sell them. Returned products will not be accepted once they have left our manufacturing facility,
International Orders – Wholesale
We love our international face naturals family! We currently do not offer a refund, store credit, or exchange for international wholesale orders due to the lengthy international customs process and elevated shipping cost.
