We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $50. All U.S. orders under $50 incur a $3.95 USD flat rate shipping fee. International orders are based on weight and shipping cost is calculated at checkout (Please note: shipping prices may change without prior notice due to normal fluctuations in shipping costs through various delivery providers.)
We maintain a real-time online inventory of current stock. Purchases of in-stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours during normal operating times for U.S. and Canadian orders. Expected delivery transit times for U.S orders is 2-3 days after shipment leaves our facility. During heavy volume ordering (we are experiencing an unusually higher than normal volume of orders), your order may be delayed due to the nature of artisan crafted, small batch manufacturing. All of our products are made fresh daily in very small batches to maximize the integrity of our product ingredients. If a product you have selected becomes unavailable due to high demand that day, we may hold your order 1-3 additional business days to allow the product to return to stock. If your selected item will not be available within a timely manner, we may ship the balance of your order immediately and the delayed item will ship separately at no additional charge to you as soon as it becomes available. You will always be informed of the status of all items being shipped to you.

We offer USPS express shipping to all countries with an expected 3-7 business days in transit for all orders for an additional fee. Once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for undeliverable, damaged or lost packages by the shipping provider. Should a damaged or lost shipment problem occur, we will work closely with you and the shipping provider to help resolve the situation.
