Our emotions and experiences are literally stored inside of the cellular memory in our bodies. Not dealing with or confronting specific experiences can leave you feeling tightness or pressure in the neck, shoulders, and back.

This happens when in a specific medical situation a patient is given what they think is treatment for their ailment when in reality, they are receiving a fake treatment. Whether it is a sugar pill or a saline solution, the belief that what the patient is taking will work, helps them heal. They heal themselves with the power of their minds! Exercising and having a healthy diet always helps. Surrounding yourself with people you love and environments you love will always help promote positivity.
