This hydrosol smells bright and clean, just like freshly picked peppermint stems. As a toner, it can be used throughout the day to reduce oily shine or anytime you need a therapeutic pick me up.
Directions for use: Apply a small amount of toner to a clean cotton ball and swipe gently across face and neck using upward strokes. Can be used after cleansing or any time of day.
