Organic botanical oils in a liquid soap to naturally cleanse your hair. Commercial shampoos are not soaps, but detergents. They usually contain lots of nasty chemicals you want to avoid. Detergents also strip your hair of its natural moisture barrier by "fraying out" the overlapping layers of you hair's cuticle (it looks a lot like layers of tree bark under a microscope). It is the main reason you wind up needing their synthetic conditioner to make those layers lay down smoothly again.
Truly natural shampoos, like ours, are made from soaps that clean away dust, dirt, and excess build-up from your hair and scalp. Organic essential oils of orange and lemon add shine, regulate natural scalp oils, and fight bacteria. Organic orange and lemon clarify oily or fine hair and also brings out the highlights in blonde and light colored hair. We recommend following with our Organic Orange Conditioning Gel instead of a conventional conditioner.
Directions for use: Shampoo and rinse hair as you normally would. (If you have very hard water, you may need to add a small amount of baking soda to your shampoo as you wash) Follow with face naturals Conditioning Gel for soft, shiny and manageable hair.
