Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $75! 

We maintain a real-time online inventory of current stock. Purchases of in-stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours for U.S. orders. If a product you have selected becomes unavailable due to high demand that day, we will inform you of the delay and will usually hold your order 1 additional business day to allow the product to return to stock. Inventory is normally replenished on a daily basis. If your selected item will not be available within 48 hours of your order, we may ship the balance of your order immediately and the delayed item will ship separately at no additional charge to you as soon as it becomes available. You will always be informed of the status of all items being shipped to you.

International Shipping: We ship internationally from Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Purchases of in-stock items usually ship within 3 business days. We ship USPS Priority Mail International to all Countries with an expected 14-21 business days in transit for all orders. 

** Please note: International shipments may be subjected to additional levies, taxes, or import duties by your home country or province.  You will be responsible for these fees if they are charged.  face naturals has no control over import fees charged by your home country or province.  

If you need your international package quickly,  please email Customer Support at support@facenaturals.com for a customized expedited shipping quote. Once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for undeliverable, damaged or lost packages by our shipping provider. Should a damage or lost shipping problem occur, we will work closely with you and our shipping provider to get the issue resolved.

Holiday Shipping: Please allow for possible additional delays during typically high-volume seasons of the year such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. All information submitted to face naturals in the form of a customer testimonial will become the property of face naturals. We can choose to display such information in anyway we deem appropriate. In the event your customer testimonial is put on public display, the testimonial may include your name, age, as well as the city and state/province in which you live (Example: Great Job! Jane Doe, San Diego, California). If you do not wish personal information to be included with your testimonial, please inform us and we will abide by your request.

face naturals publishes an email newsletter in which we promote products and share beauty/organic lifestyle tips. Subscribing to the newsletter is free and conducted on an opt-in basis. In the event you are receiving the newsletter and wish to cancel your subscription, simply click the unsubscribe link located in the footer of the email newsletter. face naturals uses analytic methods (pixel tracking and JavaScript) as a way to monitor the performance of the website. Through this process we collect anonymous information about how uses interact with our website. This information is used internally in order to help us improve the face naturals user experience. Exchanges & Replacements

We want you to be completely satisfied with your face naturals purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy, we promise to make it right! We will exchange your product(s) for another similar counterpart based on your skin’s acceptance within 15 days of your original purchase date. A $4.95 shipping cost will be applied to your exchange.

Try Me Sizes are not eligible for an exchange. Email: support@facenaturals.com to request an exchange authorization.

International orders are not eligible for an exchange or replacement due to the complexity and cost of the return/re-shipment process.

** U.S. orders: you are responsible to return the product(s) you are wishing to exchage. Please do not send items back to us without prior exchange authorization from Customer Service. Items received without valid exchange authorization will not be eligible for replacement.

Viewing Orders

To view the status of your order at any time, you may use the link provided in the confirmation email you received after your purchase. You may also log in to your account on our website. Your personal account dashboard stores all of your account information and preferences including current and past orders. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check you mailbox junk folder and add face naturals to your email address book so that you will receive future correspondence from us promptly. You may also contact Customer Support regarding your order. We will be happy to inform you of the status of your order or send a duplicate order confirmation upon your request.
